1.1 The use of this website and access to all the services provided are subject to all of the following terms and conditions
1.2 Please note that we reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and once posted on the website, the changes will take effect. Note that it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you use this website. The use of the website represents your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.
1.3 By using the website, you confirm you have authority to bind any business or person on whose behalf you are assessing the website.
1.4 For customers, this website will require registration and subsequent access to the website will be subject to an approved login name and password. Please provide only accurate and complete information. All password details are accepted and may be withdrawn at our sole discretion and are exclusive to you and non-transferable. This must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. Please inform us immediately, if you have any concerns regarding your approved log in name or password for example if you become aware of any misuse.
1.5 LILFORTBEAUTYWORLD has made every effort to ensure that www.lilfortbeautyworld.com is free from viruses and defects. But we cannot guarantee that using this website or other websites, which can be accessed through www.lilfortbeautyworld.com will not result in any damage to your computer. However it is your responsibility to ensure that your computer is properly protected and updated with specialist screening software available to screen out anything which may damage it such as viruses.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
2.1 All products for sale on www.lilfortbeautyworld.com are subject to availability; if for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled owing to lack of stock, you will be advised by email and/or by phone.
2.2 Every product is sold subject to the product description and supporting information such as size, colour, estimated delivery dates and guarantees.
2.3 All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We make every effort to also ensure that the product colour is as accurate as possible, but the colours shown may vary depending upon the setting of your computer monitor.
2.4 We cannot guarantee that the colour shown will accurately reflect the colour upon delivery. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all of the product details, descriptions and prices are correct at the time when the information is uploaded onto the website. However, the information may not always exactly reflect the position when you placed an order. Please note that the delivery times are only estimates, and cannot be guaranteed.
2.5 We reserve the right to refuse orders where the product information, price or product promotion has been incorrectly published.
3.1 This website is only for delivery of products to customers around the world subject to the correct delivery charge being paid.
3.2 Delivery of the goods will depend on the option that was selected at the ordering stage. We offer an Express service to customers in most of mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Express delivery is ONLY available Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays for orders placed before 12PM.
3.3 We also offer a standard delivery service, which aims to deliver the goods within 3-5 working days. However no guarantee is made, especially in relation to Orkney, Shetland, Scottish Island and the remoter parts of Scotland.Regards International orders, we offer a delivery service to customers in Nigeria and other African countries that usually takes 10 to 14 days.
3.4 We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales.
3.5 If only part of your order is available, we will dispatch the items that are in stock and cancel the out of stock items. You will not be charged for any items that are not sent to you.
4.1 We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal as a method of payment. Please note that if you wish to pay for your products using PayPal, and you do not already have an existing PayPal account, you will be required to set up a new account with PayPal directly.
4.2 Transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not dispatched will be refunded to the original method of payment.
4.3 All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
4.4 All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this at the check-out stage, or shortly after placing your order.
4.5 When you submit an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct.
4.6 As fraud has become prevalent, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit cards, we carry out random security checks on orders. These can take various forms, and may involve contacting you by telephone before your order is processed.
5.1 In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition (see below in italics) within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to refunds and exchanges on how to process refunds. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt (see also 6.1).
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.
5.2 The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. You will have to contact your delivery company should your returned item go missing during transit. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
5.3 The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility except when we have made an error.
5.4 The original delivery cost is non-refundable for unwanted items.
5.5 If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
5.6 We are unable to accept hair and pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons.
5.7 It is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are satisfactory and free from the any faults within 14 days of our refund policy.
5.8 It is your responsibility, and strongly recommended, to obtain a proof of posting certificate when returning any item(s) to us as we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged returns due to your postal service. Should your returned item(s) go missing during transit, it is your responsibility to contact your delivery service for information or compensation regarding your returned parcel.
6. REFUNDING THE DELIVERY CHARGE
6.1 If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.
7. STATUTORY RIGHTS
7.1 Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
8. OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
8.1 You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights and all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensor. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensor.
